Violet bar when raising or lowering volume

Hy,
I bought this car 20 days ago.
The radio/navigation unit works but, raising on lowering volume generate a violet/pink bar instead of volume bar.
The issue was already there with 4.03 firmware.
Installed Renault medanav toolbox and upgraded firmware di 4.1. But the bug is still here.
Could you please have a suggestion, a link, or whatever about how solve the issue?

preferably completely format your system by following this tutorial
1 - first of all it is necessary to install the compatible bootloader to your version
2 - restart your medianav with the nk file on usb key for access to all windows
3 - format your version and copy a new original copy
be careful in formatting windows just click on format and do not click the Rebuild button before or after formatting
