Download the file to your computer and prepare the USB stick as follows:
1. Please make sure that your USB stick has a storage capacity of at least one has 32GB

3. Navigate to the downloaded file on your computer.
4. Unzip the files (with a program of your choice at the highest level (in main directory) of your USB stick.
5. Pull the USB stick out of your computer and take it with you into your vehicle.
6. Switch on the engine of your vehicle.
7. Insert the USB stick into the USB port of the vehicle. Follow that instructions on the SYNC screen.
8. The USB stick must first be recognized by SYNC. This can take up to eight minutes.
9. The update of the SYNC-So ware takes about 25-30 minutes carried out.
• Within 5-10 minutes, SYNC will display the pop-up message 'System restart' and restart SYNC, causing navigation, phone calls, Bluetooth streaming, etc. to be interrupted.
• Do not remove the USB stick from the USB port yet (the update is not complete completed).

10. Before the updates take effect, you must turn the ignition key. Remove the USB stick. The updates will be in the next time you start your vehicle come into force. Alternatively, you can activate the update using the following steps:

10. Avant que les mises à jour prennent effet, vous devez tourner la clé de contact. Retirez la clé USB. Les mises à jour auront lieu lors de la prochaine entrée en vigueur de votre véhicule. Vous pouvez également activer la mise à jour en procédant comme suit:
Effectuer un tour de clé de contact.
11. Contact coupé / arrêté.
12. Ouvrez et fermez la porte conducteur et verrouillez-la.
13. Attendez 2 minutes (assurez-vous que l'affichage SYNC s'éteint).
14. Déverrouillez / ouvrez la porte conducteur.
15. Allumage ON / démarrage.
16. Restaurer la langue: dans certains cas, la langue du système peut changer après la fin du basculement de la mise à jour vers l'anglais. Dans ce cas, veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous pour définir à nouveau votre langue préférée.
a) Sélectionnez «Paramètres»
b) Sélectionnez «Général»
c) Appuyez sur le premier bouton déroulant et sélectionnez votre langue préférée
