How to change Time change in medianav ?

Hi,I'm suffering to change time for a long months but I can't find solutions till now and can't install nng map also.if I install map it install but after installation ACCEPT icon is greyed out .these problems are comes in all version.after using this mannamanna app also it's not working... please give me a solution...

the accept button is grayed out?
do not forget you must also overwrite the NNGNAVI file found in:
storage card4 / NNG /
after the addition of the gps cards if not the accepted button always remains grayed out

the gps button accepted grayed out, you must install the repair utility
